  1. About Simone Vintage
  • The company is based in Malmö. The company’s mailing address is Norra Skolgatan 19, 21152 Malmö.
  • If you wish to contact us, please send an email to info@simonevintage.com with your inquiry and your contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.
  1. Ordering
  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping addresses.
  • If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@simonevintage.com.
  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the Monday after.
  • If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@simonevintage.com.
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include VAT. As we apply profit margin taxation on our sales, VAT will differ for every item. Purchases made outside EU/UUA are VAT exempt.
  • We reserve the right to change prices due to misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive an item you have ordered.
      5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
    • You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at info@simonevintage.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and the goods for which the return applies should be clearly stated.
    • You should notify us of your return request within 14 days after you have received your order. Requests made 14 days after receival will not be approved. Once you have notified us of your return request, we will provide you with return instructions. Once you have received these instructions, you oblige to return the item to us as soon as possible in accordance with the instructions you have received.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
    • We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product in the case of used or damaged products when refunding.
    • 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.
    • Products with the character of a sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
    • Custom-made products, which have been specially tailored to you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
    • Services that have been performed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

  1. Complaints and reclamations
    • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product doesn’t match the description on our website, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge.
    • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
    • The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
      6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
    • Any defects should always be reported to info@simonevintage.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
    • If we are unable to remedy the defect, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
    • We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In cases of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
  1. Limitation of liability
  • We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
  • We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
  • Furthermore, no liability is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website as well as sell-out of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products, as there may be some color variation depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to present the products as accurately as possible.

  • According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website for privacy reasons should be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing.   • By shopping at Simone Vintage, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal basis.
  • Simone Vintage is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – to customize marketing to your individual needs.
  • Below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.
      10.1 What is personal data?
    • Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly related to a physical person.
    • 10.2 What data do we store?
    • To be able to handle your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
    • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.
    • 10.3 Legal basis
    • In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns, and similar mailings are sent after your consent.
    • 10.4 Which data is shared and for what purpose?
        10.4.1 Payment provider
      • When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
      • 10.4.2 Shipping company
      • In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping companies we cooperate with are: Postnord.
      • 10.4.3 Newsletter
      • If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Brevo for newsletter distribution.
      • 10.5 Right to access
      • You have the right to obtain a transcript of all information about you share with us. Transcripts are provided electronically in a readable format.
      • 10.6 Right to rectification
      • You have the right to request that we update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
      • 10.7 Right to be forgotten
      • You can at any time request that the information about you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as if it needs to be kept because we must fulfill a legal obligation (for example, under the Accounting Act).
      • 10.8 Data protection officer
      • Simone Vintage is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.
      • 10.9 How we protect your personal data
      • We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely.
  1. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are deemed accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
    1. Dispute and choice of law
    • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.     • In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from the ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body.
    • Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
