Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping addresses.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@simonevintage.com.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the Monday after.
If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@simonevintage.com.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include VAT. As we apply profit margin taxation on our sales, VAT will differ for every item. Purchases made outside EU/UUA are VAT exempt.
We reserve the right to change prices due to misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive an item you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at info@simonevintage.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and the goods for which the return applies should be clearly stated.
You should notify us of your return request within 14 days after you have received your order. Requests made 14 days after receival will not be approved. Once you have notified us of your return request, we will provide you with return instructions. Once you have received these instructions, you oblige to return the item to us as soon as possible in accordance with the instructions you have received.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product in the case of used or damaged products when refunding.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.

Complaints and reclamations
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product doesn’t match the description on our website, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any defects should always be reported to info@simonevintage.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we are unable to remedy the defect, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In cases of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
Limitation of liability
We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website as well as sell-out of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products, as there may be some color variation depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to present the products as accurately as possible.
