We ship all of our orders with PostNord. The estimated delivery times are based on PostNord’s estimations and may not be exact.

Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 1-2 working days

Europe: 4-5 working days

Rest of the world: 8-13 working days

Simone Vintage is based in Malmö, Sweden. All of our orders are shipped from Sweden.

All orders can be returned within 14 days from date of reception. If you wish to return an item, please send us an email to info@simonevintage.com with your order reference and list of which items you wish to return. We will reply to you with detailed information on how to proceed with your return. Once the items have reached our warehouse, we will reimburse you.

Note! You have to pay for the shipment of the return yourself. We strongly urge you to purchase traceable shipping. 

Currently we accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All deliveries within the European Union (EU) are excluded from potential import duties and taxes. Deliveries to the rest of the world may incur customs fees.

Please note that any shipping costs, taxes and/or duty applicable to your order are non-refundable.

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please note that if you place an order on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday after 12:00 (GMT+1), we can not guarantee that it will be shipped the same day.
